Its a journey fellas. Ive been on it most of my life. Never out of shape. Pretty much same weight since HS. Ive learned recently I most likely wasnt eating enough. Increased protein intake. 4 meals a day. Added white rice which I always considered a no-no. Guess what body comp is slowly changing. More muscle less fat. Leaner harder look. Im about winning my 3rd consectutive national water ski championship & setting records so a 5% change will be huge. Here we go!
